COLIN PAYNE


It is with great sadness that we have to report the death on 9th March 2019 of Colin Payne, whose outstanding skill on bass guitar was such a key part of "I, Floyd's" sound from September 2011 to January 2014.  Colin had not been well in recent years and passed away after a short spell in hospital.  He will be greatly missed.  Our condolences and best wishes go to Colin's partner, Kim.

As you know in recent years Colin has not been well, and for those who have not already heard, I'm sorry to say that after a spell in hospital Colin has passed away. He's going to be sorely missed by a lot of people as both musician and friend.
